Code to align videos that may differ in their position, angle, and zoom. We use this to place escape trajectories from different sessions within the same coordinate space. Includes code to correct for fisheye lens distortion.

Presentation describing procedures to chronically implant Neuropixels probes in mice, perform recordings in freely-behaving animals, and re-use the probe. We routinely apply this technique to record neural activity from large populations of cortical and sub-cortical neurons. This presentation was part of the 2019 Neuropixels course at the SWC.
